I can hear other party but they cant hea me. I don't see a mute button.

Usually when a Call is in progress a Screen appears with Options. One is Mute. Can be a Speaker icon with a line thro' it.
The other is to check your Volume Buttons. Sometimes it switches off in pocket/purse,

Must have hit a mute button, try to locate that button. If no mute button then your phone might be broken.

make sure u did not accidently hit the mute button....this is common with these smart phones...

while u r on call ,when u recive a call theres option or property on ur mob,, open it check mute option make it off and try to speak ,check if they can hear ur voice, but if they didnt means ur mob speaker has problem cant send ur voice to the sender , show ur mob to repairing store ,,,

Looks like problem is on your side. This is may due to a faulty microphone on your phone or Mic is set to be on mute.


1. Please check that nothing is clotted on Microphone. This is a small hole on bottom side of your phone.
2. Please check that other party can hear you when you're using a Hands-free / Bluetooth ear phones with mic on it. If they can hear you, when you use a hands-free, problem is with your phone's on-board microphone.
3. You can also check that, while on a call, your mic is not set on Mute. This can be done as on call, select Options , look for Mute / Unmute. If Unmute is present, select it unmute the mic.
4. You can use Mute button Provided on the top side of the phone. While on the call, press this button to Mute / Unmute the mic. If the mic is set to Mute mode, other party won't hear any sound from you.


Hope this will solve the issue.

The phone is not on mute, it has a bad mic. You would need to replace the mic in order for the other party to hear you.

Here's my best idea. Join a party on Xbox LIVE with a friend. This will let you communicate outside of Halo 3. If they can't hear you when you're in the party together, then it's your headset.

To have a friend join a party, go to your friends menu and select a friend. It will then give you the option to invite them into your party. Good luck!

yes when you make a call hit the menu button and select mute and visa versa and when the call is taking place you can hit the left soft key button to mute hope this was helpful:)
