(right) click on the desktop, click personalize, look at bottom (left of centre) click desktop background and browse for your image, select image and press ok
I am assuming you have Microsoft Windows installed on this machine. To change the desktop background, right-click on the desktop and click either "Properties" or "Personalize". A window will pop up showing the current settings, including the current desktop background. To change it locate the picture you want to change it to, then click "apply". Go back to the desktop to confirm the change has been made. If the picture you would like to use is on the internet, you can right-click on the picture and select "set as background". which is the operating system in your computer? If you are having the windows 7 starter Edition, then it does not have the feature to change the background on your desktop.
For all other Operating system, right click on the picture file that you want to be as the background and select ' set as desktop background '
nothing works i tried setting my background and i even right-clicked the picture & clicked the set as background & it didnt do anything the picture stayed the same as before. Can anyone give me any advise on how to fix this problem , Like is it even possible to change the background on an acer computer ?
