You will need to contact your manufacturer for a reload disk that that you can reload your operating system. If your computer was recently purchased or is under warranty, many times they will not charge you for the disk, only shipping and handling. If that is not an option, then you can go to your local Best Buy or other computer store and purchase a reload disk or purchase the operating system.
is this on the printer or on your pc? if its on the pc with a black screen you need to change your hard drive and backup and reload operating system..alternatively try reseating the connectors on the hard drive
