Question about Sony Ericsson K800i Cellular Phone

AAC files Based on the manual, it says that K800i can play AAC+ and AAC format sounds and music but as per I have been experiencing, IT CANNOT PLAY THOSE TYPES OF FILES. The fact that these music had been converted using S.E Media Manager.

Step1. Free download Daniusoft DRM Converter, install and luanch it, the default settings work well with your PC, you don't need to make anymore configeration.

Step2. When come to the main interface, click "Add" to import DRM license protected music video files from iTunes or common files you want to convert.(you can right click on a song in iTunes, select "Get Info", and it will tell you where on your computer that file is located)

Step3. Choose the target output format you need.( HTC Touch Evo 4g/Desire/Incredible compatible audio fomats: MP3, WMA, AAC ,etc and Video fomats: MP4)

If you want to customize output setting, just Click "Settings", there will be a pop up window displaying the output settings parameter, such as Formats, resolution, frame rate, bit rate etc.

Step4. Convert iTunes to HTC Evo 4g or HTC Desire/Incredible
After finishing all the necessary steps, you can click "Start" to start converting your file. When the conversion progress reaches 100%, the DRM Copyright protection on iTunes is removed and conversion is easily done!

Step 5. Transfer converted iTunes Music to HTC Evo 4g, HTC Desire/Incredible
After you get the output music files, you can connect your HTC EVO 4G or HTC Desire/Incredible to your computer via USB, select Disk Drive when your phone asks. Then go to My Computer and click on your phone. it should appear as an external hard drive. There should already be a music folder with the preloaded songs there. You can now just copy the music of your iTunes into that folder and your HTC EVO 4G or HTC Desire/Incredible will now have all your music in the Music app directly.

The Music Player will play the followin MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV, RA

Cannot play wma format


if you want to play other formats of music, then try installing the software for playing the format of music.,most of the cell phones allow the .wma format to be played, but your player allows only mp3,mp4 and aac formats.there are free softwares in the web which can play even .flv(real player) files in your mobile. you can google search for it and get your suitable software....

I can't play mp4 format with my k800.


Your phones spec's specify that it will only support Mp3 format..
Supported formats MP3, AAC

Itunes to phone memory


your phone only supports mp3s and wma files. Itunes is not supported. you can convert the files to a comaptible format.
You can convvert them from AAC to mp3 with the itunes software

  5. The converted MP3 file copies appear in your computer’s music library alongside the original AAC files.

It's possibly not properly formatted type of AAC file that uploaded into your cellphone, that when you try to play the cellphone cannot support to play it and that it gives a messages like corrupted type of file..

Compressing music files


if your mobile supports OGG format. then you can convert MP3-OGG format. OGG format can hold 200 songs on 1GB memory card. use Mp3-OGG convertor.Similiarly you can also AAC format. But compared to OGG AAC files requires bit more space

Can't play .aac sound


it could be a fault with your phone.....but try to master reset it or reflashing the firmware.
