Tuning TV Channels on our Centrex TV

We did have the channels tuned properly. Channels 2,7,9,and 10 corresponded to no's 1,2,3,4 on the remote. Then 2 year old got remote. Now when we press no 3 on the remote instead of channel 9 we get channel 2. No 1 on the remote get's TV ch 2, then no 2 gets ch 7 then no 3 gets ch 2 again and no 4 gets ch 10. Our instruction manual has accidentally been destroyed.

- we had our centrex tv tuned in perfectly. The we had it serviced and lost all the channels and can't get them back. when we try tuning it in, we getn only 1 channel and the screen is blue and the number is red instead of green. help!- billyoliver7
