When buttons on a cell phone stop working, it usually means it's time for a new phone. See if you're phone is under warranty or just take it to your service provider and tell them it broke. They may give you a new one on the spot, depending on who your service provider is.

On my smasung U600 mobile phone the contact and ok

Hello,

It's a flex problem. The flex that connects the phone board to the those keys is bad. This is very common with Samsung slide phones. I have see a lot of problems like this and when the flex was changed, it began to work perfectly well again.

I would advice you take the phone to an expert in your area to replace the flex for you. That's that only way forward, trust me.

Best wishes.

How do i open the back of my samsung u600

It's the top bit of the back of the phone that slides open. Turn the phone over and have the 'Samsungmobile.com' at the bottom of the phone facing towards you. Push up on the top half of the phone (with the words 'SAMSUNG' on it). It should just slide off and you can see the top of the SIM card poking out.
