Generic problem for all Flat Panel Televisions
User Manual for DX-LCDTV19

I purchased a floor model of a Dynex LCD 19" tv without a box or user manual. The Best Buy sales associate said I could find it online, but I've been unsuccessful. Can you help?

I tried the website first. Since I posted my problem I've already resolved the issue myself. Since I run Vista many functions take several attempts before they actually work. Thanks anyway.
