Right click on my Computer then go to properties and left click on it.
Click on remote tab and then check mark the two check boxes for remote assistance and remote desktop.....If it solves the problem then thats fine...else..
Start>control panel>administration tools>services.
list of services will be open.
Look for all the entries with remote access.
Start these services.....thats all
