Question about Audio Players & Recorders

Mp3 player has quit responding. it shows updating on the screen. however it is stuck on this. it won't turn off, play, and do anything.

Reset method will turn it off. Refer to your user manual or the manufacturer's website. May need a firmware upgrade also - available from manufacturer website in most cases.

My mp3 is somehow stuck on the "Back" button when closed


Try resetting the unit by holding down the RESET hole at the back of the player.

Ipod nano 8GB 3rd generation FROZEN!


You need to reset your ipod. Flip the hold switch on then off, then press select button and menu button at same time. Hold for 10 seconds or so. Ipod should shut off and reboot to apple screen. If this doesn't work first time try again. This should solve any stuck screen problems. Mine was stuck on pioneer screen and this operation fixed it.

AVN5500 - Display stuck at "Updating" when using Sirius.


yes it is the sirius unit I was told to drop all power while system is on disconect the battery while ignition is on then turn back on and wait ten min for update to complete if that does not work call sirius to have them send the update mabe they can tell you when its complete hope this helps..

Sansa e260 - Stuck on "Refresh Database" after uploading music


Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 stuck at one song - please help!!



You might have to hold the power button down for like 20-25 seconds and if that doesnt work what I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

My playerisnt responding


Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to "reset" the device. Then try to re-start the device. Once its started, connect it to the PC and delete the movie. The video is either corrupt or you device has too much data on it. Best of Luck.
