Ge microwave

can't find assitance with ge micro waves model # jvm1440bh01.
All lights on. turntable turns, doesn't heat up. Also tried to change power level, screen comes up"you may not change the level.

WizSounds like you have a bad magnatron tube, check your owners manual as most of them have a 10 year parts warranty.
