No color print

I have used color ink reloaded, but now don´t print nothing only color black. If necesary reset the machine please help me. (sorry my English)

dON'T BUY BROTHER! I have used this company for years and have had nothing but problems from thier printers.. I am switching to HP or Lexmark !
