Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Covergence problem

your set has indications of several problems. red green and blue. indcate convegence issue. the fact that the picture is concave is a indication of totall loss of covergence power supply. the convegence menu missing idicate loss of some voltages from what know as the flyback.AND SHUTDOWN. indicate further problems. generally when convergence fails ..not always the set wont shut down. it could be a simple issue but further trobleshooting would have to occur to narrow it down.

Covergence Problem

What exactly are you seeing on the screen? If one of the colors is only slightly off, you should be able to correct it with the standard menu. If one or more of the colors has suddenly taken a dramatic shift, and is curved inward at a side, it means that one of your convergence output IC's has burned out. You should not attempt to realign the convergence if this happens because you will only be messing up all the settings, and when the new IC is installed, the picture will still be out of alignment.

How to axces convergence mode.

covergence is a very common problem with big screens and the longest to work on and adjust back to a nice picture. its really an art to converge, that takes years of practice. accessing the convergence mode is usually found on the menu button on the remote or on the set. use the remote so you can stand back too see everything. good luck
