Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2400 Laser Printer
I have an issue with my Konica Minolta 2400. After cleaning the printer and reinstalling the toners back into the printer, I'm not getting an error message "Paper Jam at Transfer Roller." Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of this and get my printer working again?
There is NO paper jam and nothing out of place that would make this printer malfunction. I'm guessing this has to do with something funky with this printer, which I've been reading about.
My toners are brand new, and my drum still indicates 48% remaining.
Remove the opc drum.
there are two black plastic flags that detect paper jams. one is high up just below the fuser unit. The other is roughly half way up the printer between two small transfer rollers very close to the opto sensor. Apparently it frequetly gets jammed behind the plastic cover, and once jammed you would never realise it is there.
I managed to prise it out from behind the cover and the "paper jam at transfer roller" message was cleared.
Unless you know it is there and hiding it is not obvious at all that anything is wrong.

I have tons of problems with out printer aswell.
I have done several thing to fix a problem:
I restart the system connected to the printer, if this does not work try cleaning the gold metal detectors on the cartridges, if this does not work try uninstalling your printer and reinstalling it again.
