Vertical lines appearing on screen, blue and... (by 2 users)

it start out as one line that wasn't solid but now is a solid blue and sometimes red lines with a second one forming and a third one on the way. What is causing this, and how do I fix it?

I have a toshiba 65 in. Projection tV. I have noticed that when white is against a black back ground Blue is stretching from the white. What could this be?
