You can open the flap on the bottom of the laptop. There is 2x screws. The card is approx. an inch I'm size - something like this.">
I would however not bother and simply purchase a micro USB wireless adaptor and fit that. It takes up a USB port but is very small and hardly noticeable.

Your laptop should have been supplied with a Utility CD which
contains a copy of the user manual and all the drivers. There is also a
copy of the drivers on the laptop itself, you can find it by browsing
to the c:\applications\drivers folder. Finally you can download some of
them from The Tech Guys website.
The Wireless LAN card uses a Ralink RT72 chipset so if you're
struggling to find drivers then the "USB(RT257x/RT2671)" ones on the
Ralink site should work - http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php.
This laptop has two memory slots. One slot is accessed by removing

The Satellite Pro L300 didn't have any problems
running multiple programs or multi-tasking jobs with its Core 2 Duo
2.1GHz processor and 160GB hard drive. I could check email, open
documents and surf the Web without any lag. The benchmarks are average
and overall the L300 did good on its PCMark05 score compared to other
notebooks in the same category. I am sure the fact it is running Windows
XP instead of Vista helps out this business savvy notebook as well. wPrime
is a program that forces the processor to do recursive mathematical
calculations, the advantage of this program is that it is multi-threaded
and can use both processor cores at once, thereby giving more accurate
benchmarking measurements than Super Pi.
