What os are you running?
Most probably a driver issue, esp with HD audio.
OS - system ie;mb,cpu,ram, yada yada - needed.

Right click on Computer and then properties. Open device manager and in sound, video etc what does it say - post a pic if possible.

Model MS900 has not been made for several years. If you just bought it, it is old stock and it sounds like the batteries have degraded

Radio just makes whistle sound doesnt matter if mic hooked up or not same with antenna,worked great when bought lasted 2 days had fixed 2 days again had fixed again worked 1 day as soon as you turn on...

What type of power source is it hooked to? straight to car battery or some other power source? Sometimes cart alternator noise is picked up by radios. Try hooking the power source up differently

Radio worked fine when bought 2 days worth went to key up mike only sound is a sustained whistle sound,took to repair shop had fixed guy said he rebuilt talkback worked again 2 days same result sustained...

Do it have a relay mod for the talkback if so take that thing out. use the normal talkback. We are in TX.. no charge to check out.. I would check to make sure it has just plain normal talkback, and no other mods done first.. any other mods done??

Sound of Water coming from internal backside of freeze

Your unit was in defrost mode (happens once a day) and ice that built up over the previous 24 hours was melting and draining down a drain line to a pan under the unit so it will evaporate. This is how freezers stay " Frost free ". The water in the pan under the unit will evaporate by itself. Have a great day!
