WHY DO I GET SKIPED STICHES

It has to do with your bobbin and your tensioner. Sometimes the machine just slips a little out of time. Mine is an old singer machine (1970's) and if i slow down and keep it on a basic stitch, about #8 to #10 on length dial, then I won't drop so many stitches. Also, check your bobbin., If it is a little too short, the machine won't pick up the loop every time. All bobbins are not created equal! I hope that helps.

My stiches keep missing a stich

SKIPPED STITCHES
1.the needle is not inserted correctly
2.the needle is damaged
3.the wrong size needle is being used
4.the foot is not attached correctly
if these suggestions don't help the the machine could be out of
time & the machine would need to be taken to a sewing machine
shop to be checked

When iam stiching the bobbin thread is not interlocking with the pool thread ,the straight stich is not stiching properly

Do you have thread in your bobbin?
Is your needle fully inserted in the needle bar?
Is it the right needle for the machine?
Is your needle damaged, bent or dull?

Yamata FY7568 only stiches ----------

Have you changed your needle? If you have a dull or bent needle it can cause the machine to not lock the stitches together and the result is a straight stitch on every pattern. Also, check your stitch width selector and make sure that it did not get accidently moved.
