Question about Computers & Internet
Just got my new hp 6065ea,the webcam doesnt work.I have another of the same model and that works fine.I went to hp's website and downloaded the drivers, but that hasnt worked,it came with inbuilt software for the webcam, but when i open 'Youcam' it says no video input divice detected.i'd rather not send the laptop to be serviced,as its already had to go back once already over another problem
Right click on My computer>> click on properties>>then hardward tab>> and device manager
then chk if you see and bang on any drivers like a red X or yello exclamation mark ?if yes then uninstall it and restart the system or nothing works then run the recovery manager and restor it back to factory setting bu pressing the F11 key on startup of the system.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
