I have a MFC-240C AND WAS WONDERING WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SET UP THE FAX MACHINE. ALSO IF YOU RUN OUT OF ONE COLOR DOES THAT SHUT THE MACHINE DOWN? THANKS
