I would like to run my labtop but I do not have a pass word to run it

If you are running windows xp, first reboot your system > press F8 to enter boot options> select safe mode> When system comes up and asks for password, click on administrator and a little window will pop open just click yes> The system should boot to the windows desktop>select start>control panel>user accounts>select change accounts>enter all information you wish to create a new account (make sure the administrator radio button is selected)>reboot your system> when the system comes back up the new account should be there, just enter your new account information and you should now have administrator privileges on that system. Let me know if this helps or your have a different operating system.
