Each time I try to make a copy of a dvd which I just burned off my computer using roxio It freezes and the dvd disc gets stuck inside the drive, in order for me to get the dvd disc out I have to restart the computer. Why does this happen can someone please help.

Apprenticethis might happen if the roxio is not working properly or in tat case installed properly was it working properly previously.if it was working properly do you remember when it worked fine the last time.you can use a new software to burn dvd it is the deep burner dvd burning soft ware .http://www.gur.in/j/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=67&Itemid=58try to download the free software and see if it works.
