My disney winnie the pooh tv

I just got the disney winnie the pooh tv from a neighbour, it is the orange yellowish one, it has perched on the top. The sound seems to work, but there is no screen image, I have no remote. When I press the middle button (menu) it gives me a blue screen with several options such as volune, channel etc. I do not know what button to push to make this work. I have tried to connect my DVD player to it and there is no screen. I am sure the light tube is not out because the menu screen does show up? any advice as to how I can turn it to channel 3 or 4 for dvd use? Let me know.
