WHEN I INSTALL A DVD IT SAYS LOADING AND A FEW SECONDS LATER IT SAYS NO DISC.
I have the RCA RTD206 Home System. As of 12 hours ago, teh system was working perfectly, at this time the system's disk tray is stuck on tray 3 even though it is changing all 5 disk trays. When it gets tray 5, it stops there and says on the system's screen, "No Disk". Is there anything that I can do to resolve this problem?
Realy a dont know becase, a need only how do you reset this dvd home theather sistem, I live inb Costa Rica and need the answord
This is an indication that the optics are either dirty or failing. Carefully open up the unit and clean the lens using a cotton swab and alcohol. That should resolve the problem. If not, try playing a music CD. If the CD plays but a DVD does not, the optics are failing and need to be replaced.
