Do not void your manufacturers warranty! Your owner's manual should provide a toll-free number to help you locate a local servicer, or if it's new enough, your selling dealer may replace it for you.

Hi - From what you have described it sounds like the microwave possibly has a wiring failure or faulty control panel or magnetron. I would suggest contacting a professional that accurately diagnose and repair the unit
