Question about Apple MacBook Pro Notebook
All fairly modern Apple laptops work fine with 240v power. It should even say so on the power brick for the unit. You just need an inexpensive adapter to convert from the 110 style plug to the 240 style plug.

It sounds like what you are looking for is a Step up/Step down converter. I do not know of any laptops that come with a 240v adapter since most things here in the U.S. run on 110v.
Do a search on Google or such for a 240v 100v converter.
