Question about Televison & Video
I've just bought a Panasonic DMR-EZ47VEB DVD/VHS Recorder which, to my annoyance, arrived Region2 only. I know that this model can be unlocked to play multi-region, as another retailer offers this facility for free. Any suggestions how I can once again play the few Region 1 DVDs I have?
Got to this site www.multiregionupgrades.com/upgrades.htm and choose your model. You can rent a 'Service Remote' for your machine, which you have to return (£24.99 for about 14 days). When you get it you just follow the instruction and press 1 button on the remote and it automatically switches your machine to multiregion. Thats it!

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
