I am very dissapointed to report that my Dacor PCS130 wall oven has failed me. I have an all Dacor kitchen - 2 wall ovens, a microwave (whose display is also a problem as part of the numbers don't show up anymore.) and a gas cooktop. I even recommended a Dacor oven to a friend and she bought one!! Bad move on my part as they have had trouble also :(
My display is beeping and code F1. I tried resetting the breaker - no luck. Now I understand I need to replace the touchpad assembly for a mere $750 (service call included.) This unit isn't even 6 years old and doesn't get much use as I have two ovens!
Do I have to replace the whole assembly? Will Dacor cover any of the expense?
Dacor probably won't cover anything. F1 is either the touch pad or ERC (clock). If it stops beeping when the touch pad is uplugged from the ERC then the touch pad is the problem if not it is the ERC. Call Dacor Customer service to get a price on the parts and to voice your displeasure.

Hello. The error means there is a shorted key on the keypad. The part number you will need is 701044-02, called "membrane panel assembly, black". The main board, if needed, is 101991, called LED display module. Hope I helped you!

We were able to unscrew the plate that sits behind the latch. 6 screws I believe. Look towards the middle back-right side you will see a red switch. Click it twice. Before we put plate back we tested oven and it worked!!! Hope this info will help you. Dacor oven has been a real problem and I'm a kitchen designer. Will never recommend Dacor anything to my clients after many oven issues.
I have the same problem and sent an e-mail to DACOR. A James Carlos responded and advised that DACOR could not provide DYI info because of liability problems, pure BS in my opinion. I've had problems with a DACOR microwave (manuf. by Sharp), my DACOR wall oven Model ECS103 and my DACOR Raised Vent system and told Mr. Carlos so. I don't know how to fix the blinking oven light other than cutting power at the circuit breaker panel or removing the two light bulbs which other have advised but suspect a new front control panel is required. If you find a fix, please advise me at [email protected]. I think DACOR products are overpriced and junk.
Here's a link with a pdf file that lists your part #82810 for $202.31. http://ww1.dacorservice.com/PartsCatalog/docs/Links/2.pdf. The date on the pdf is 6/12/08. You can also locate a dealer or authorized service providor for Dacor applicances at: http://www.dacor.com/Customer-Care/Locate-A-Servicer.aspx. Good luck!
Hi, Dacor has a Technical Manual that may help you with your problem. It has a ECS wall mount oven but does not list a ECPS. Is your listing of the model correct? Here is a link to download the Technical Manual. https://www.scribd.com/doc/14008662/Dacor-Technical-Manual
Hope it helps.
