Desktop.ini problem

I'm using windows vista home premium... lately i find that whenever i put in a cd or dvd... it shows that there are files to be written in Cd/dvd and when i go in i find that the file that is waiting to be written is desktop.ini... even if i delete it everytime i put in a new cd it appears again... and the desktop.ini file is 174 bytes.... i've scanned my system for virus using kaspersky and found none....
