Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need a power supply where can i get one

Your product takes a 7 volt ac power adapter. Those sort of adapters can be picked up at any local store, like Best Buy, Circuit City, or Fry's Electronics.

If your still having problems, please comment on this.

Network interface card

You need to go into device manager (control panel, system, hardware, device manager). Under Network, highlight your network interface card, right click and select uninstall. Once it's uninstalled, reboot your computer and it will automatically install it again.

AXIS CD TOWERS

Hi,

I am assuming that you are referring to the tower (desktop) as the server while the laptop is the client. While the client can access the server's CD drive, you can not ping the server. A couple of ideas:
1. verify that both server and client belong to the same Workgroup;
2. verify that both server and client have the same Subnet Mask and that their satic IP adds are near each other;
3. Server's firewall settings/configurations does not allow/prevents ping response; and/or
4. the server might be using Zonelab, McAfee Firewall, Microsoft ICF SP2 or some other form of port blocking.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

AXIS CD TOWERS E100

I am sorry, but this is not really my area of expertise. You could try Ekse or Benimur who are good at networking.

You do not have to rate this post, as I did not really provide a solution.

Good luck!

Netowrk database issue

Is it the Database that is disconnecting, or the Machine (Server) that is disconnecting... One involves the DB and the other, probably the NIC (or as Networkmagic mentions, the Hardware)..

Sounds to me more like a NIC problem, and a replacement is in order.. with 150 users accessing it, you would definitely need to think about a 1GB NIC in this system..
