Question about Televison & Video
Hey rick8468,
According to information provided by the manufacturer, a problem has occurred that may require physical repairs. There are however, two suggested solutions to this issue you may wish to try before consulting Panasonic technical support or your local repair facility.
The first suggestion is to simply turn the player off, then turn it back on to see if this error message is cleared.
The second is to power the unit down, disconnect any power supply (AC adaptor and battery pack), reconnect the power supply, and finally turn the product on again.
In the event that neither of these suggestions resolve the problem, the manufacturer has advised contacting your local dealer for further assistance. You may wish to make a note of the exact error message, as the numbers after the “H” indicate what the exact problem may be.
Hope this helps you out.
Sincerely,
Aaron
