Question about Yamaha HTR-5840 Receiver
I lost sound when on dtv/cable.
I also noticed that that position on display is also dim and the others are not dvd, vcr etc.
Can you help me?
Make sure input mode selector on the front is set to either analog or or digital. For example if the sound input from the dtv/cable is analog and you have it set to digital, you will get no sound. Change it to analog. This happens to me when using my crappy dvd/vhs player and I have a vhs playing (analog). Hope this helps...
