For china mobiles manuals, software and drivers check chinamanuals.com (search for your model or just ask them) They have a PC sync suite for D2600 ready for download (search for MT6227 PC sync suite)
The software and the drivers found in the Internet work fine. However, everything works except java installation (failed to install java error). I fixed it changing the set up of the Tx and Rx cables inside the data cable. It´s quite easy. Hope this can solve your problems.
