Hi, Recently my motorola Rokr E6 device has not been accepting my memory card. I have a memory card which is perfectly fine and isn't corrupt the card goes into the phone correctly but for some reason my phone is not responding to the card and it cannot open it on the phone. Therefore, I cannot access any of my files via memory card on the phone. Is there anyway I can maybe resolve this. I was thinking master reset or a new firmware.

Since the card was checked out with your PC we must focus the fault to be with the phone.
It is possible that the contacts of the card to tthe phone could be faulty , so make sure the card falls into the slot to be detected.
If not try to remove the main board and have a finejet air to blow offf any particles. If none off these will make the memory card to be detected, clear off all the files to a folder and format the card, now check.
If not the possible reinstallion of the software must be thought of but a code check with Motorola will be good to confirm and estimate.
