My ilo model number mp-556 suddenly stopped working so I put in a new battery and all I could get out of it was a loading screen. connect your mp3 to the computer then right click on the drive click format. after that you mp3 is now good as new.

I did see a listing for the disc on Ebay today - $6.00 incl. shipping

you must insert your mp3 into your usb port then click on My Computer icon, right click on mp3 drive and click format disk, this will resolve this problem.

when you pull up your music delete it on the computer while the mp3 is plugged in
