Dear Gary, I just posted a message to you through the livechat page, and actually your help hasn't solved the problem yet. I cleaned out all the lint, but am still having the same problem. The dryer turns on and spins, but no heat after 5-6 minutes. (It does get warm initially).
I also wanted to know, did the $20 I paid cover just that first chat? I was under the impression that we could livechat until the problem was solved. I had to go to work the day before and I couldn't go back to the chat.
My email is Rikkydog@gmail.com. Thanks for your help.

To get the error code your dryer may be experiencing, attempt the following:
Wake your dryer by pressing any button except for CANCEL.
Press and hold the "CANCEL" and "START PAUSE" buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to show the error recorder code your dryer may have. The error code normally appears in the display as an E followed by two numbers.
If your dryer shoes, E00 it indicates no failure code was detected.
I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if you receive an error and if further troubleshooting is needed.
