My computer runs very slowly and locks up quite often since I installed Windows Vista

mcdevito75 here, I would first emty the re-cycle bin from the desktop, then on any page, left click on tools at the top of the screen, from the drop down menu click on delete browseing history, from here, carefully read the things you want to delete, carefully read every word. After that check speed of your computer, It won:t hurt to up-date VISTA also, Type in search from home page VISTA UP--DATE. Hope this helps.

Reset my system back in time

You can use the system restore tool to reset your system back to a date in past. Which operating system are you using? Because only Windows ME and later operating systems(windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista) have this option.

I deleted the sound mixer off my computer. How do i get it back?

If you are running XP or Vista try a system restore back to a time and date before this happened.
A system restore will not get rid of any personal files but it will remove any thing you have installed after the restore date like Windows updates or antivirus software updates.
