Why Does the NMS Display the Error Message another nms was polling the switch with wrong communityWhen It Uses SNMPv2c to Connect to the Switch?

The reason is that the community name configured on the NMS is different from the community name configured on the switch.
When this error message is displayed, run the display snmp-agent community command to check the community name configured on the switch, and then change the community name on the NMS to be the same as that on the switch.

BOOTMGR is missing

There are a number of possible causes for BOOTMGR errors, including the most common "BOOTMGR is missing" error message.

The most common reasons for BOOTMGR errors include corrupt and misconfigured files, hard drive and operating system upgrade issues, corrupt hard drive sectors an outdated BIOS and damaged or loose IDE cables

Anothe reason you might see BOOTMGR errors is if your PC is trying to boott from a hard drive or flash drive that is not properly configured to be booted from. In other words, it's trying to boot

from a non-bootable source. This also would apply to media on an optical drive or floppy drive that you're trying to boot from.

make sure there are no disks in cd floppy usb drives

Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((MOTHERBOARD TO YOUR HARD DRIVE)) make sure they have a secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty

if its a flat ribbon 40 pin IDE it will be the fist to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs

data and power to travel through every working device and to continue its cycle and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

also make sure you have set it boot from you hard drive in BIOS

hope this helps

Well if your able to get on the internet and the belkin is installed correctly, you can simply turn off the belkin.exe app from start up and it shouldn't hurt anything. To turn off the app click Start, then RUN and type: MSCONFIG <Hit the Enter Key>

Click on the Start up Tab and find the belkin.exe app and un-check the box. While there you can also un-check other programs you don't need to start up with the pc to speed it up. Click OK and close and reboot the pc. Once your back at the desktop, a window will appear. Click the check box at the bottom left and then click Close. (you won't see it again)

Hope this helps! :)

Seems like you need to restore your Operating System from the Restorev disks that came with your computer. Place your first Restore Disk in the drive and legt the system restart. It should automatically start the restore process, and just follow screen prompts to get your Operating System back up and on line.

Cannot run in win32 mode

possibility is that the registry is corrupt and no longer capable of accessing the DLL to help it in installing programs in the win32 directory, so do a registry fix with program like c-cleaner.

let me know if this helps

Belkin Parallel AutoSwitch F1U115E

Please advise of further info. All the connected PC's are running on XP. One is not connecting to the network. Sounds like the "Local Area Network" setting needs to be set for "Automatically assign an IP". Go to the start menu, select "Run" and type in "CMD". Type "IPCONFIG" and enter. This will display your network setting and IP address. If there is no IP address, then you will enever have a connection. If the IP address is listed, it will display a unique IP address, a subnet of 255.255.255.0 and the ip address of the gateway. Please respond with any further.
