System error E002 is maybe insufficient power to printer.
so tring to next step
1. unplug top ,bottom power line which is place in back of mechine and main power code.
2. open the lower part of the mechine with nozzole(color blue).
(becareful it 's hot )
3.check the inside (broken part or come out firm)
4. if you not find any thing , put it back on all power line back.
(main power line plug to wall socket directly)
5.wait to the circle
6. may be error sign is gone
7.if you have still error sign ,erased your print job and tri again.

Go to this link. Type "error E002" in the search window and click Search. Select the System Error E002 link and you will see some things to try to resolve the problem. If it persists, you may need to have the unit serviced.

I have system error "E002"

Hi,
The error is due to one of the following things : bad thermistor, thermofuse, fusing element, triac or power supply. I would suggest to buy a new printer.
Good Luck!

Error 002 with Canon image class MF 8180 C

I usually open the back cover, top cover, cartridge cover and pull out the paper tray. Sometimes this clears the alarm, if this does not clear the alarm, I unplug the printer for a couple minutes. Between opening and closing the covers and unpluging the printer, the alarm goes away. Ray

Canon NP-6035 persistent E002

e002 error normally indicates that the heater {fuser} is off
to clear that in most canon models there is a small press switch is to be activated to reset the error

at the rear right side of machine there is a small cover take it out and look for that small black button, press it while or immediately after switching the machine ON , switch OFF and ON again
if the error still exist may a real damage in fuser e.g. blown thermo fuse or lamp
