I can't find the memory card for it

According to the specifications the camera has both an in-built mmory, and also accepts an SD card with a maximum of 512 MB . Maybe it will accept a larger SD memory card but only record up to 512 MB? I do not know.

SD cards are common in camera stores, but these days they make them with 1, 2, 3 or even 8 GB ( 1GB about 1000 MB) !

I have a Bushnell trailscout 119900 and it wont accept any other SD card but the one that came with it. The one that came with it is only a 512 MB chip card The ones I have been trying to use are 2 GB SD...

Probably the first thing to try is formatting the card. There should be a function in the setup menus to do this. If it won't format or gives an error when you try the card may be incompatible. SD and SDHC cards fit the same slots, but many cameras won't work with the SDHC (high capacity) cards. Some cameras have a capacity limit, and won't work with cards that are too large (in memory terms).

When i try to boot my toshiba a75 laptop i receive a boot last good ... it won't boot i removed memory module i installed 2 yrs ago and it boots ... i purchased new memory module and get same error- it...

Below are the specs to the type of memory that can be installed in the A75...it is very specific and cannot be anything else then what is listed. You have 512 mb built onto the motherboard, with one expansion slot. That slot can only hold up to 1 gb stick if the BIOS has been upgraded. Go to Toshiba support and make sure the BIOS on the machine is up to date so it will accept the larger stick of ram memory and make sure all the specs are right on the stick that you have.

Each memory slot can hold DDR PC2700 with a maximum of 1GB per slot.*

  • Maximum Memory: 1536MB
  • Slots: 1 (1 bank of 1)
  • Standard Memory: 512, 768, or 1024MB (512MB non-removable)
  • USB Support: 2.x Compliant

Try formatting the card in the camera, not the computer.

    Z3 will not accept a 2g card

The Dimage Z3 accept SD cards up to 1GB (Minolta says 512 Mb, and sold it with 16Mb). This camera is 4MP , and uses less memory on card, therefore a 512MB card will be enough for it.

Hanging when i call while the webcam is on

Sounds like a lack of memory on the systems part. You should upgrade your system memory.
from what I've found your system will only accept 512 MB of memory, so if no upgrade has been done yet, you should have a spare bay to upgrade memory with an extra 256MB chip, which you can order from Dell.

Here is a video on how to install the new memory upon receiving it.

Could be a memory problem. I have a gig of ram on my old Dell Dimension XPS with WinXP and it works fine. If you have 512 or less I would suggest adding some anyway, for overall better performance. At least to a gig. 512 x 2. 'Hope that helps.
