Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
This is because your PS3's Display Output it set to HDMI, therefore the SCART isn't active. I believe the PS3 has a video reset. This should be how it's done:
1. Shutdown your PS3 if you haven't done this yet.
2. Press and hold the powerbutton. It should beep once for power on and shortly afterwards beep again.
You'll have picture on the other cables and the resolution is reset to 480p. You can change the settings now.
You'll probably have to do this again when you plug it in to your LCD with HDMI again.
I hope this helps, please don't forget to rate.
