I did complete resetting I mean factory default setting.
method: While holding down the power button press in on the reset button with stylus for about 4 seconds. Screen will prompt to press the Green call and Red call button together to confirm on hard resetting the device. But data will be lost.
Now my cell faster than old setting. I enjoy a lot.

My HTC HD2 wont start, showed error with "cprog.exe" I'v tryed soft start, tokk out batary, but now I onslu come to HTC picture when starting up,, no buttons is function..

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

http://www.hard-reset.com/htc-hd2-leo-hard-reset.html

CAUTION - DOING A HARD RESET, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD BEFORE DOING A HARD RESET.

Good Luck,

The power cable is tested OK and works, but no power into the Monitor, this must be an internal problem or is there some reset that I do not know of, the monitor is 2 years old since purchase. Can this be...

cprogs, Check your warranty with LG (Lucky Goldstar) and hope they don't say "You bought it, You own it, Toyota!!!" Check to see if they have a swapout program for black screen of death "premature monitor failures." This unit could have a "switch-mode-power-supply" that has detected a FAULT CONDITION with itself or the "cold-cathode-fluorescent-lamp" inverter circuit and is now in partial or full shutdown mode trying to save itself from a catastrophic, nonrecoverable failure. e.g. sparks, smoke, fire!! Yes, it can be fixed. But why don't you visit youtube FIRST and view video clips of "LCD monitor disassembly" and or "LCD monitor repair" to get a handle on exactly what is involved in the repair of your now USLESS HUNK of JUNK lcd monitor. Yes, it could have an "OPEN FUSE" inside on the SMPS board. Read more stuff in my fixya profile for other options you might consider. 12fixlouie

This should all be done in safe mode and with system restore turned off for now.

This is a virus and You need to run your antivirus scan and remove what it finds,Run a cleaner program such as Ccleaner

Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete and open the task manager,Under the process tab find and end task on tmp.exe and/or BE.tmp.exe.

Windows Freezing

Boot the system in safe mode
1.) restart the system
2.) pump the F8 Key until a screen comes up with different options
3.) select safe mode,

Try right clicking there and see what happens,, I,m guessing here this is a result of damages done by a previoulsy removed virus (GUESSING) it is possible that the same one could have been shard by all 3,,

I'd advise you'd uninstall norton and use the new avg free

Reset to factory default

I have been using this phone for a little over a week, and am having a problem with
cprog.exe. After most phone calls, I have a message from windows saying that there was a
problem with cprog.exe, and it then sends an error report. I though that the phone might be
a little buggy at first, but this problem has continued and is very frequent. Is anyone else
having this problem?
