Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
My J6480 scan function will not function from my PC. My OS is XP. I get error message saying my PC can't find the imaging device. I've downloaded new S/W from the HP website. HP Tech Support suggests that I need to update my BIOS and USB drivers.
