Question about Bunn BT10B Coffee Maker
You have two options:
Mechanical: Use toothpaste, works great.
Chemical: Use something that dissolves coffee (solvent). My personal favorite is vinegar (a weak acid) but you may want to get more creative and use a more aggressive solvent like dishwasher gel, which you smear on and leave overnight.

You may try putting about 2 oz of bleach on the inside, fill with hot water, and let it sit for a couple hours. Use a baby bottle brush GENTLY. So many people ram things in to their pot, to stir rags etc around, this actually scratches the shell.
Rinse well, and drip dry upside down so the water comes back out. Do not dishwash.
Try this and see if this works.
