Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

if you have 4 flashing red segments, then it's a graphic VGA lead problem, 3 flashing segments means a hardware failure.
If you are continually getting problems, return it to your retailer for an exchange as Microsoft guarantee the 360 for 12 months on hardware failure.

have the exact same problem - it started with graphics issues where the gradients were out. in games and in the menu the colour wouldn't appear correctly.
Now i have no pic at all but can hear the startup etc.
ive already tried with different cables, changed from RGB to AV. tried with a different tv also.
seems like the graphic card or some some sort of heat sink is stuffed
Gradually lost picture quality. Tried the display reset offered by microsoft, worked a few times. Eventually lost all picture display. Still here sound on start up but no image. Contacted microsoft after trying a new cable with no sloution to the problem. They said it was most likely the video card. Will have to send it in for service, unless the extra Best Buy replacement warrenty will replace system.
