Nothing, Kaspersky has already quarantined it and cleaned the leftovers - that message was there to notify you of a former, removed threat.. If you want you can delete it from there.

if you cannot delete, then just quarantine. but if you scan again but still there are several viruses detected, you may have a replicating worm on your PC
replace norton, try kaspersky anti-virus or bit defender

Delete ALL of them (note: you have to reboot to delete the ones in windows system 32) There will be a list of about 5-10 infections they should be similar to:
First, Scan your PC with a good Anti-Virus like "Kaspersky Internet security 2010" or "A-squared Anti-malware".Both can detect malware,adware,spyware,virus,trojan etc.make sure you update those softwares.
If the porblem is due to virus or malware infection;then those softwares with lastest updates will solve that problem.
Secondly,if the problem still persists,open your Notebook and get it clean with an Air blower near the Processor area.Overheating is the main caused of such problem.
Windows Security center is not really useful, and is known to have issues sometimes detecting anti-viruses. Kaspersky suggests that you disable notifications.
To do this,
1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Security Center.
3. In the Security Center, under Resources, click Change the way Security Center alerts me.
4. In the Alert Settings dialog box, clear the Virus Protection check box, and then click OK.

download SUPERAntiSpyware , Trojan Remover , SmitfraudFix , RogueScanFix from gur.in site in safe mode and run each programe in safe mode first and then again in normal mode please unplug the ethernet cable before you run these programes on your PC itwill clear all the virus on your computer
-If the windows firewall was detecting trojan , It is a possible that the system is infected of virus threat eventhough the system has virus protection.
-You may want to download and run this programs "MALWAREBYTES".
-This tools will help you detect and remove unwanted virus and spyware. but if the threats somehow like rootkit it must be removed manually.
