Hello there.

Please use the volume control on the side of your handset, to increase the volume.

Notice on the picture here when the volume control is located.

Hope this helps.

You should find the volume controls on the side edges.

If you are not satisfied with the regular volume available on the phone and want the overall phone volume to be increased, you will probably have to replace the internal speakers. This is not done by Samsung, but most mobile phone repair shops offer this service.
Please check around for a reasonable quote to do this.
Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions, please post them here.

You can also try this, but there is no guarantee:

    1) Type *#0002*28346#
    2) It will bring up a menu:
    [1] Load Params
    [2] Dump Params
    [3] Call Config

    3) Press Back, and it will bring up another longer menu
    4) Key in 3 to bring up SPK Config Menu
    5) Then key in 4 to bring up AV-QTune(MP3) menu
    6) Key in 1 to bring up SPK MP3 Vol. menu
    7) Key in 6 to change the max. volume
    8)
Input 40 and press OK, it will change to 4.0db default max. volume is
-3db. I wouldn't recommend higher than 6.0db because the sound will
distort, anything lower will be fine.
    9) Once done, press cancel to close the service menu and try to play a mp3 with max. volume. This volume apply for your MP3 Ringtones and Message tones.

There is a software use for that so a repair tech in your area should be able to do that for a small fee

How do I adjust the sound on samsung soul

Hi there,

If it is ringtone sound:

Go to Settings, Phone Settings, Select Options, then Edit, then scroll down until you come to Volume, you can then adjust the sound.

If it is call sound:

You can do this when you are on the phone to someone. Above the Charger hole there are 2 buttons(looks like 1 button). Just simply adjust the sound to your prefrence.

If it is Key Volume:

Simply use the same buttons as you use for call sound but press these whilst you are not on the phone and adjust to your prefrence.

Hope this helped.

Samsung Soul U900

When sending text messages on the samsung soul u900 there is a tone sounds for every message sent, can this be disabled and is so how do you disable it, its so annoying!!!

Is this a tone that is played when the screen says 'message sent'?
If so try editing your profiles. In the menu for every profile (with the exception of silent i think) there is an option for phone sound volume. Try putting that to zero......

If its the one that plays becuase you ask for a delivery report of a sent message then you cant silence that without silencing all text messages.
