Make sure the printer is on. Once you open the cover, the ink cartridge carrier automatically goes to a loading position where it moves to the middle. Then, you can replace the cartridges.
Sometimes the ink cartridge carrier won't position automatically to the middle even when the printer is on and the cover is open. Just unplug the printer from the power source. With the cover open, hold the solid white strip and gently slide the carrier to the middle of the printer. Load the new cartridges. Close the cover. Plug the printer back to power source.

How to remove print head from epson workforce 7515?

You probably meant the print cartridges - power on the printer and lift up the cover above the paper feed and collect area , the print cartridges would move to center from where you can pull the cartridges at angle towards you . Reinserting the cartridges is done in the same way . Remember to use less force while removing as well as reinserting else you break the housing and damage

How to Replace Canon Cartridges

Printers are just as integral to the office environment as computers.Printers are more compact, more efficient and easier to care for thanever, and Canon printers have always been in the forefront of printinginnovations. Thanks to the diagnostic utilities built in to today'sprinters, we need never be surprised by an empty ink cartridge. When a"Toner Low" or "Replace Cartridge" warning appears, we no longer haveto call the IT department for assistance. Changing your own Canonprinter cartridge is easy and will keep your printer running assmoothly as when it was new.
jQuery('.intro .thumbnail').each(function(i,e){ jQuery(e).find('img').one('error',function(){ jQuery(e).remove(); }); }); Difficulty: Easy Instructions Things You'll Need:

  1. Remove the paper in the feeder and put it off to the side while you change the cartridge.
  2. Openthe door concealing the ink cartridge. On most Canon printers, this isfound on the top of the printer and should just lift up and remain openas you change out the cartridge.
  3. Manuallymove the bar covering the cartridge and remove the old cartridge bypulling it back a little and then straight up and out of the printer. It should lift out without any difficulty.
  4. Comparethe new cartridge to the old one and make sure it is the same beforeattempting to install the new cartridge in the printer.

Stuck cartridge

Best thing I can recommend is to take it in for service. If you would rather risk breaking the printer you could try removing the cartridge forcefully with a pair of pliers. If you have some experience with removing covers on electronics, and you have screwdriver bits to match the screws, you could dismantle the case until you can reach the area where the cartridge is stuck and dislodge it directly, again risking damage, but if you take your time and don't apply too much force you may succeed.

How to change printer cartridge Dell 810

Open the printer cover with it turned on and connected to your pc. When you open the cover, the printer should bring the ink cartridge carrier to the front and center so you can access cartridges easily. Press or pull the plastic tab next to the ink cartridge that you wish to replace and it will pop it up towards you and out of the carriage. if there is no plastic tab to eject the cartridge, grab a hold of it with your finger and pull upward and out towards you. Don't worry about breaking anything or harming the cartridge. Once you remove the old one, remove the plastic tape tab on the new cartridge before inserting. Then close the printer cover and it should walk you through aligning the print heads on the display. Good luck!

Need to install new ink

Lift the entire top including the scanner portion until it clicks to stay open by itself (like some vehicle hoods). You should see the print head containing all the ink. It will slide back and forth for a moment, this is normal. Wait until it comes to a stop. Notice any blinking lights below the ink cartridges. If the light is solid, there is enough ink. If the light is blinking you'll need to replace that cartridge for the best print quality. Remove the ink by carefully but forcefully pushing on the tab with one finger and holding the back of the cartridge with other. It should simply slide out. Note the EXACT #'s on the ink cartridges. Right down all the information and the type of printer you have and take it to your local best buy or equivalent store, they will give you the replacement cartridges you need. Unwrap the package and carefully remove the orange tab on the bottom by twisting in the direction shown. (You may want to wear rubber gloves because the ink stains fingers badly.) Carefully but forcefully slide the new cartridge in place of the old and push down until you hear a click. The light under the cartridge should now be solid. Once all carts have been replaced close the lid of the printer and give it a moment to situate. Run a print head alignment to manually align all nozzles for best printing quality. Simply click the head align software button and follow the instructions, quite easy. You should be all set and ready to print!

Manually Removing Toner for magicolor 2400W

1.  Hold down the Cancel button for 10 seconds or longer.

2.  With the Cancel button still held down, also simultaneously hold down the Rotate Toner button for 10 seconds or longer.

3.  When all LED indicators are blinking rapidly, release both the Cancel and Rotate Toner buttons.

4.  Then hold down the Rotate Toner button again for another 10 seconds or longer.

5.  The Cyan toner cartridge moves into the proper position, so it can be removed.

6.  Remove and/or replace the Toner Cartridge if necessary.

7.  Open and close the covers. Each time you do this, another toner cartridge moves into the proper position, so it can be removed and/or replaced (in this order: cyan, black, yellow, magenta).
