Motherboard msi E7145: v2.1 driver

If this is your board, depending on what version of windows you are running, it would appear that it does not have support past Win XP and the Radeon chipset has been archived. An option you have would be to upgrade to a graphics card into the PCIe x 16 slot. The HD Radeon cards will provide you with sound and video and most, if not all are supported up to Windows 7.

the best thing to do is visit the manufacture's web page and look for downloads/drivers tab. put in your product name / model # . you should then get your drivers. ^_^
