If this is your board, depending on what version of windows you are running, it would appear that it does not have support past Win XP and the Radeon chipset has been archived. An option you have would be to upgrade to a graphics card into the PCIe x 16 slot. The HD Radeon cards will provide you with sound and video and most, if not all are supported up to Windows 7. http://www.e4allupgraders.info/dir1/motherboards/socket754/msi7145_downloads.shtml You might try to go to MSI's site and let them run their Live Eye scan to see what they recommend; http://www.msi.com/service/download/
the best thing to do is visit the manufacture's web page and look for downloads/drivers tab. put in your product name / model # . you should then get your drivers. ^_^
GPU: PCI Express x16-based graphics. Support cards include ATI RADEON
X1600Pro/X1300LE or nVIDIA GeForce 7900GS/7600GS/7300GS, up to latest
graphic cards (Radeon HD 3800 or Geforce 9800 series)
I have checked you motherboard and the graphics card you mention is supported by your board.
See the direct link to the msi website and save it to favourites.
