Question about Coby MPC895 MP3 Player
Brand new. Has one free song on it which plays just fine. The computer recognizes it when I plug in the usb cable However when I try to drag and drop songs(through Windows Media or Real Player). I get an error message not compatible.
You cant drag and drop from Windows Media Player or Real Player, you have to go to the location on your computer where the audio files are stored *example - 'My Music' folder under 'My Document', copy and paste the songs from that location. Make sure the audio files are MP3 or Unprotected Windows Media Audio files as that is all this unit accepts.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
