so it is the spin cycle that does not work that is the drum does not turn. Have you tried other levels such as delicate wash and see if spin works. LASTLY, disconnect power and reconnect.
Sounds like clutch not catching,this may need to bed in .The fact it works okay with no load and no spin with load sounds like clutch/ but also could be motor torque.Ask repair man to recheck work done.
You need to check the output from the program controller when the function is on the spin mode.
It is possible that the program controller is not working as the motor seems to work with wash cycle.
Try and use another program and see if the spin works, is not try to see if the spon works manually choosing to start on the spin cycle. If not the program controller is faulty.
Same thing happened to my unit. It turned out to be the no spin switch which I never used anyway.
The switch had gone bad even though it was never used it. It was broken in the no spin state. The connectors on mine were a bit chared looking.
Take the top cover off the unit and remove the two wires from the no spin switch. Place a jumper between these two wires bypassing the switch or replace the switch.
In the no spin cycle the unit will not spin or dry.
I bypassed my switch and the unit runs perfect again.
